General Assembly Weekend 2026 in Cologne

20 to 22 November 2026 in Cologne. The date is set, the city is set — the exact venue is not. That is still enough to block the weekend in your calendar.

Networking, a say in things & AIESEC spirit

The annual general assembly is the heart of our work as an association. This is where the most active minds of AIESEC Alumni Germany come together to decide on the future of the association, to celebrate what has been achieved, and to set new impulses for working with AIESEC and with each other. Be there when we deepen old connections and take new paths in Cologne!

The weekend at a glance

Friday evening: An informal get-together for everyone who is already in town.

Saturday morning: Culture and socialising for everyone who is already there — for everyone else, this is the time to travel in.

Saturday afternoon: Barcamp, together with active AIESECers. A barcamp has no fixed agenda beforehand: participants propose the sessions themselves at the start. Three tracks set the direction: "Democracy and Diversity", "AI and the Future of Labour", "Empowering Communities".

Sunday: The general assembly. It will also elect the board for the 2027/2028 term — the open positions are listed under Get involved.

  • Shape it: Take part in the assembly, find out what moved in the past year, and vote on the course for the year ahead.
  • See what worked: Learn how the AAG has supported AIESEC and its members – and how you can become part of those successes yourself.
  • Connect: Meet committed alumni from all over Germany for real exchange and mutual support.
  • Have a say: Elect the new board members and actively shape the future of the association.
