Visit to Clay Barracks / Erbenheim Airfield

Dear AIESEC Alumni,

We would like to invite you to visit the Clay Barracks / Erbenheim Airfield Base in May.

Mike Anderson, Director of Government Relations, will be our guide during the visit. We will have a nice view of the entire base from the top of a structure. We will walk into the Mission Command Center and afterwards to the Command Building where Mike Anderson will give us the briefing.

Please consider following important information, as it's a special visit to a military facility:

- For entering the base we need a copy/foto of your id (Personalausweis)
- If you come with a car, please provide brand, model, color and license plate information
- In order to organize a car pooling, please indicate, if and how many seats are available in your car and where you are starting. If you need a seat, please provide this information as well (and where you would like to start).

If you provide Jörn with your mobile numbers in the Email, he will create a WhatsApp group to facilitate information sharing regarding car pooling.

The number of participants is limited to 20. (First come, first serve).

Time: 18:00 Uhr (Start is at 18:00, for security controls be there 15min earlier. Expected end is at 20:00.)
