The Congress will be held under the following
I.Welcome and roll call
II.Ratification of the Congress chairperson, Congress secretary and Congress polling officers
III.Report of the internal auditors on the financial statements for the year 2023
IV.Motion to approve the financial statements for the year 2023
V.Motion to discharge the Executive Board members and the auditors for their activity during the year 2023
VI.Report of the Executive Board
VII.Motion to approve the Executive Board Report
VIII.Report of the internal auditors on the financial statements for the year 2024 and 2025
IX.Motion to determine 25€ as the annual membership fee for 2024
X.Motion to approve the 2024 budget..
XI.Nominations committee report and presentation and Q&A with EB candidates
